CHILD LABOR POLICY


According to the Labor Law No. 4857, a child worker is defined as an employee who has completed 14 years of age but has not yet completed 15 years of age and has completed primary education. As Gemciler Güven Metal San. ve Tic. A.Ş., no personnel is employed in this scope in our company.



YOUNG WORKER POLICY


According to the Labor Law No. 4857, a young worker is defined as a person who has completed 15 years of age but has not yet completed 18 years of age. As Gemciler Güven Metal San. ve Tic. A.Ş., no personnel under the age of 18 is employed in our company due to this scope.
